Shawnee Smith, born July 3, 1970, at a height of 5'3, is an American performer and singer. Smith is popularly known by the name of Amanda Young from the Saw films as well as Linda in the CBS comedy Becker. Smith was the founder of the Fydolla's ho which was a heavy metal ensemble who toured throughout the United States as well as the United Kingdom. Smith also created Smith & Pyle along with Missi Pyle in an American country group called. Shawnee Smith was born in Orangeburg South Carolina the second child of Patricia who was an oncology nurse as well as Jim Smith a financial planner and former US Air Force pilot. Smith's family moved out of South Carolina to Van Nuys California at the age of an infant. Her parents divorced at the age of two, and her mother was married again when she was 8. She attended Ranchito Avenue Elementary School in Panorama City Los Angeles and Madison Jr. High in North Hollywood. North Hollywood High School and was graduated in 1988.
